Hi, I’m Danielle
Alexandria Pagan, LCSW, MSW
Danielle works with individuals who may be outwardly successful, but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in patterns that no longer serve them beneath the surface.
Danielle’s approach is both somatic and evidence-based, integrating body awareness with modalities grounded in research and effectiveness. Danielle seamlessly blends these approaches to create treatment that is not only clinically informed, but deeply felt—supporting change that is both measurable and embodied.
Rather than pushing for quick fixes, Danielle works alongside clients to slow down, creating space to listen to what your system is holding and how it’s learned to adapt, while teaching compassion rather than judgement. From this place, change becomes more sustainable, integrated, and aligned.
Danielle’s approach focuses on safety, attunement, and reconnection—to the body, to the present moment, to your own internal sense of knowing, and within meaningful, aligned connection with others who are able to meet you with presence and care.
Over time, clients often experience a greater sense of regulation, clarity, and ease in how they move through their lives and relationships.
If this way of working resonates, you’re welcome to reach out to begin.
