Ki uses a secure client portal through Sessions Health for all scheduling. Click below to request your first appointment. Registration takes less than two minutes. Every request is reviewed personally.
What to Expect After You Schedule
01 — Confirmation
Within 48 hours of requesting an appointment, you will receive confirmation via text with the next steps. If Ki is not the right fit, you will be connected with someone who is.
02 — Prepare
Intake paperwork and payment details are completed through the Sessions Health secure portal. Consents and payment are completed in order to reserve the space, so when we meet we can go straight to the work.
03 — Begin
Show up. That is all. Your first session is where safety gets established, the work takes shape, and from here everything follows.

Before You Begin
Ki believes in being 100% transparent before and throughout the therapy process. Here is everything you need to know about how this works.
The Investment
Individual therapy at Ki is $225 per session — 75 minutes, private pay, telehealth. A card on file is required through the portal before your first session is confirmed. Payment must processed automatically before each appointment, otherwise appointment may be cancelled.
A limited number of reduced fee appointments are available for those who need them. If that is you — please look for Sliding Scale options when scheduling on Sessions Health.
Individual Therapy | 75 minutes | $200 per session
A limited number of reduced fee appointments are available for those who demonstrate financial need. Current availability is discussed during the confirmation process.
Cancellation
Life happens. When it does, Ki asks for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice — or being more than 15 minutes late — are charged the full session rate. This boundary exists to protect the work and respect both our time.
How we Meet:
All sessions are held via Doxy.me — a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. All you need is a private space, a reliable connection, and to be physically located in California at the time of your session. In-Person sessions are also available upon request.
Communicating
All clinical communication is managed through the Sessions Health client portal to protect your confidentiality. Ki does not provide clinical responses through email, text, or social media.
