Ki uses a secure client portal through Sessions Health for all scheduling. Registration takes less than two minutes. Every request is reviewed personally.
What to Expect After You Schedule
01 — Confirmation
Within 48 hours of requesting an appointment, you will receive confirmation via text with the next steps. If Ki is not the right fit, you will be connected with someone who is.
02 — Prepare
Intake paperwork and payment details are completed through the Sessions Health secure portal. Consents and payment are completed prior to the beginning of first session to reserve the space, so when we meet we can go straight to the work.
03 — Begin
Show up. That is all. Your first session is where safety gets established, the work takes shape, and from here everything follows.

Ki believes in being 100% transparent before and throughout the therapy process. Here is everything you need to know about how this works.
The Investment
Individual and couples therapy at Ki are $200 per session — 50 minutes, private pay, telehealth. Ki does not accept insurance at this time. A completed payment through Session’s Health payment portal is required to confirm the appointment. Payment must processed within 24 hours of scheduling each appointment, otherwise appointment will be cancelled.

Cancellation
Life happens. When it does, Ki asks for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice — or being more than 15 minutes late — are charged the full session rate. This boundary exists to protect the work and respect both our time.
How we Meet:
All sessions are held via Doxy.me — a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. All you need is a private space, a reliable connection, and to be physically located in California at the time of your session. In-Person sessions are also available upon request.
Recurring appointments are held at the same time each week to ensure you have a reserved time. Reschedules are accommodated with 24+ hours notice, depending on weekly availability.
Communicating
All clinical communication is managed through the Sessions Health client portal to protect your confidentiality. Ki does not provide clinical responses through email or text unless it is related to scheduling or otherwise agreed upon. Ki does not communicate via social media to protect client privacy, any inquires made via social media will be redirected to more secure platforms.
