Please do not share personal health information, clinical concerns, or sensitive personal details through Instagram or any other social media platform. Ki Therapy does not provide clinical responses through social media.

Instagram's data practices are governed by Meta's Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at facebook.com/privacy/policy. Ki Therapy is not responsible for data collected by Instagram or Meta.

Telehealth Sessions

Ki Therapy conducts telehealth sessions through Doxy.me, a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Doxy.me uses end-to-end encryption to protect the security and confidentiality of telehealth sessions. Ki Therapy does not record telehealth sessions without explicit written consent.

Clients must be physically located in the State of California at the time of each telehealth session in accordance with California licensing requirements.

Clinical Information and HIPAA

All clinical information shared within the therapeutic relationship is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act — HIPAA — and California state law including the Confidentiality of Medical Information Act — CMIA.

Ki Therapy maintains a separate Notice of Privacy Practices — NPP — which describes in detail how your protected health information is used and disclosed within the clinical relationship. Your Notice of Privacy Practices will be provided to you as part of your intake paperwork through the Sessions Health client portal before services begin.

This website does not collect, store, or transmit protected health information. All clinical information is managed exclusively through Ki Therapy's HIPAA-compliant systems.
